Task – a computer services provided to many major Australian organisations and others around the world, CSC Australia requested an independent assessment of the performance of their service desk.
Based on our observations on customer service, a full report to the company was provided; however, we also developed a submission on the service desk for an award in the customer service awards judged by International Customer Service Professionals.
In a hotly contested award, this DVD presentation achieved recognition for the service desk as “highly commended”, placing the team second after the award winner.
