Role of Wellbeing in Achieving Organisational Outcomes
Research into the influences on perceptions of employees about their employer had earlier led the project team to conclude that the Inspector General would need to allow for “state of mind” factors when considering attitudes of, and opinions expressed by, members of the Australian Defence Force as part of the data collection for the JADHE* reporting system.
This piece of work looked at the available means by which to gauge the nature of these influences and possible benchmarks that could be incorporated into the JADHE* reporting system, recommending that wellbeing be tracked as one element of the system.
