Sharna joined ThinkEvans after graduating from the University of Sydney with a double degree in commerce and arts. Sharna was awarded first class honours (in commerce) for her thesis about women in senior management in Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n

With over 10 years front line experience in retail logistics, Sharna has a variety of skills in  operations and management of large organisations as well as a solid understanding of the structure of the service industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2009, Sharna took a career break to commence work for her PhD and was awarded a scholarship from the Australian Postgraduate Awards. \u00a0After two breaks from her career break to have babies, Sharna was awarded her PhD in 2015 and is now … on another break for baby #3! \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
