Client: Congregation of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of the Sacred Heart
Over the cusp of the time in office of two leadership teams, this project consulted with, and then synthesized findings from, successive leadership teams at the helm of the Congregation. The time was right for reflecting on the changing needs of the Congregation, and looking to the future environment in which the mission will be pursued.
In late 2019, this afforded attention from those then in office – who have seen many, if not most, of the complexities typically experienced in a large and, therefore, unavoidably complicated endeavour – and then segued to the incoming/continuing team in early 2020 – drawing their eyes to the ever-present challenges for focussing on, and duly addressing, each question in a field of so many needing leadership attention.
The report puts forward a substantive body of recommendations to revitalise the Congregation’s leadership functions in contemplation of the likely path ahead.
To facilitate an open discussion, the two teams met jointly to address the draft report, with that discussion to inform the final report to be formulated shortly.
