When we have helped with the thinking, and the consequential doing if you wish, we do something really different from lots of other management consultants - we go away and let you get on with business! 
Our experience is that having external folks like us lurking about the office endlessly just doesn't help most businesses, so we go away and give you space to digest the outcomes of our work.
Of course, we very happily come back again for the next item on the agenda - when you are ready. We are true believers in the idea that variety is the spice of life - and thinking - so we have no intention of latching on to a client and being around all the time.
All of that said, some of our work is completed in discrete projects (see upper left list) , involving remits to:
- develop strategic options
- create a new capability
- investigate a persistent problem
- evaluate changing market or industry structures
- find a new way of doing business
- assess the state of organisational capabilities
- measure complex outcomes beyond just financials
Other clients are building new capacity in their organisation or their team, and this may require a more ongoing stream of involvement over time (see assignments list at left). They may need to harness the benefits of taking things a step at a time, or they may be dealing with emerging circumstances that need an incremental or modularised approach.
As you can see, our clients range from tiny to massive, but large or small, we are looking to realise outcomes for our clients and deliver the positive impact we can have on their capabilities as an organisation.
