Not one to leave a stone unturned in finding the real cause of problems, Carolyn contributes to the team the results of a life time of effort put into being the "why? child" - which gives a lot of dividends in actually solving problems as well as winning at trivia games!
She jumps out of bed every morning for the sheer fun and enjoyment of defining problems in complex situations, making unvarnished strategic appraisals of organisational aspirations and capabilities, and marshalling typically scarce resources to achieve crucial outcomes.
In her "spare" time, she is into rock-climbing, advocacy through Zonta International and developing her human rights interests via Amnesty International after studying human rights law and international law in a further Masters degree completed in 2010.
