ThinkEvans is a boutique management consultancy built upon a genuinely multidisciplinary team, each with their own professional expertise kept fresh by the diversity of activities in which they engage as an individual.
This provides particular capabilities in both strategic problem solving and capacity building. Depending on the requirements of the client, that might cover a variety of purpoes such as strategic research and options development, business improvement, performance measurement, organisational change management, process modelling and review, logistics strategy and/or the selective use of eBusiness to accelerate or expand the capability of an organisation.
At the heart of this work, though, is the thoughtful diagnosis of symptoms and definition of problems, in order to devise enduring solutions to what are often knotty, untidy issues that have resisted previous attempts to resolve them.
Clients often build greater capacity of their team by using ThinkEvans as a prototype of expanding their capabilities, showing how the place would work with an expanded senior team, using the engagement to focus attention on an issue overdue for resolution.
Similarly, smaller organisations use ThinkEvans as an interim means to add skills in advance of expanding their own teams when warranted by growth, or to leverage their own skills for faster growth.
